5. Delivery of products or service functions: when users purchase the required products at fingerabc, you need to provide your name, mailing address and contact information. If you refuse to provide these information, we will not be able to send you the physical book you purchased by email. 6. Customer service and after-sales service: when users contact customer service, we may save your chat records or leave your contact information to help you solve the problem during the return visit. Our customer service will use your account information to verify your identity with you.

If you refuse to authorize this authority, it may endanger your account security, including (account data, payment, service push, uniqueness of account rights and interests). b. When you use fingerabc for the first time, download point reading textbooks, cache videos locally, voice evaluation and save pictures, we will apply for your storage permission to save pictures, point reading textbooks, audio recording, complete exercises and other file log information to your mobile phone.
c. When you scan the code to unlock the book or dub the English video, we will apply for your camera / album permission.If you refuse to grant the permission, you will not be able to use the relevant unlocking, dubbing and other functions through the camera or album.
d. When you use voice evaluation, picture book dubbing, video dubbing, karaoke and other functions for the first time, we will apply for your recording / microphone permission. If you refuse to authorize this permission, you will not be able to use these functions normally.

Fingerabcapp integrates the wechat Open Platform SDK of Shenzhen Tencent computer system Co., Ltd., and the wechat Development Platform SDK obtains thephone_ State permission: collect your device identification information IMEI,, getIMSI, and possibly get your Mac address , which is used to support wechat authorized wechat login, share the content you are interested in to wechat friends or wechat circle of friends, and wechat payment. Smart listening spoken language evaluation SDK obtains phone_ State permission: collect your device identification information IMEI, may obtain IMSI, and obtain yourmemory card read-write permission and recording permission.
